We are a clinic within the Whiteriver IHS hospital that seeks to help individuals who are struggling with drugs and alcohol. We seek to meet people where they are at, without judgment, and provide medications and support to help your journey to sobriety. We offer medical evaluations and support for liver disease and other health issues.

  • Meds to help reduce cravings for drugs and alcohol

  • Confidential services including preventative care (STD screening, liver/kidney checks)

  • Naloxone and fentanyl test strips to prevent overdose

  • Suboxone (buprenorphine)

  • Referrals to detox or residential programs

  • Support from our Substance Use Navigators (SUNs)
